Jayne began her financial planning career as a founding member of Wayne Warner & Associates, Registered Investment Advisor. Jayne earned her professional designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) from the College for Financial Planning, her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, and her Associate in Arts degree from Riverside City College.
Jayne maintains Financial Industry Regulatory Authority- FINRA- Securities Registrations Series 7, 24, 66 registrations through LPL Financial. She is a Registered Representative and Registered Principal through LPL Financial and is insurance licensed through the States of California, Illinois, and Arizona.
Jayne is a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and Financial Services Institute. She has been a guest speaker and contributing writer for various organizations, and volunteers with various civic, charitable, and educational organizations.
Getting to Know Jayne:
Jayne and her family enjoy sporting events, concerts, theater, and outdoor activities including fishing, cycling, and hiking as well as international travel. Long-suffering Chicago Cubs fans, we can now say “Yes, it finally happened!” and proudly wave the W at our front door!

Hidden talent/skills: I can’t say I’m “talented” per se but I love to dance! Highlights of my "dance career" were performing in a Super Bowl half-time show and at a sporting event in Japan.
Biggest accomplishment: Raising a well-rounded, respectful, and inquisitive son who is filled with a true love for life!
